Pregnancy
UNSAFEABURA TABLET 120'S is not indicated to be used during pregnancy. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not touch this medication without gloves.
ABURA TABLET 120'S should be taken as prescribed by the doctor and it should be taken in an empty stomach. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and the patient is advised to eat after 1hr after consuming the medication.
ABURA TABLET 120'S does not cure prostate cancer and it is used to treat prostate cancer which has spread to other parts of the body. It is usually given with steroid medication to lower the chances of side effects. This medication is prescribed at an early stage of the disorder and it is used along with testosterone lowering treatment.
ABURA TABLET 120'S is not recommended in the patients with severe liver conditions as it can worsen the situation. Inform the doctor if the patient has liver disorders before taking this medication.
ABURA TABLET 120'S is an anticancer medication. It works by preventing production of androgen and thereby inhibiting an enzyme responsible for the production of androgen.
No, ABURA TABLET 120'S is not the chemotherapy drug and it is the hormonal treatment used to treat prostate cancer. It prevents the production of testosterone thereby reducing the growth of prostate cancer.
The common side effects of ABURA TABLET 120'S are fluids in legs, low blood potassium levels, high blood pressure, urinary tract infection, irregular heart beat, diarrhea, rashes and indigestion.
There are no known negative interactions of this medication with other drugs.
Inform the doctor if the patient has any liver problems, blood pressure, heart disorders, diabetes and medication taken for different medical conditions before taking ABURA TABLET 120'S. The medicine should be taken as prescribed by the doctor. This medication should be taken orally in an empty stomach. It should not be taken with food and swallow the tablet as a whole with water without breaking them. Food must be eaten at least 2 hours before taking the medication and the patient is advised to eat after 1hr after consuming the medication. Blood pressure, potassium levels, liver function tests should be monitored regularly while taking this medication.
