Common side effects of ACEDIP Tablet may include headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, ankle swelling, and indigestion. Less common but potentially more serious side effects can include a significant drop in blood pressure (hypotension), fainting, and allergic reactions such as rash, itching, or swelling (angioedema). In rare cases, chest pain (angina) or irregular heartbeat may occur. Other possible side effects are nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, increased urination, muscle cramps, and visual disturbances. If you experience any persistent or bothersome side effects, or notice any signs of a serious allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention.
