How HIGH TIDE 10 TABLET 4'S Works

• An erection happens when blood flow into the penis increases in response to sexual stimulation. This relies on a chemical called cGMP, which is broken down by an enzyme called PDE5. Tadalafil blocks PDE5, so cGMP levels stay higher for longer; this relaxes and widens the blood vessels supplying the penis and improves blood flow, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It works only when there is sexual stimulation, and does not increase sexual desire.

Common: headache, flushing, indigestion or heartburn, nasal congestion (stuffy nose), back pain, and muscle aches. These are usually mild and temporary. Others: dizziness and mild changes in vision. Serious (seek medical attention): a painful or prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) — a medical emergency; sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes; sudden decrease or loss of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears or dizziness; chest pain during sex (stop and seek help — do not take nitrates); or signs of a serious allergic reaction. Report these promptly.
