The active ingredient in IBGLIPTIN 20MG TABLET 10'S is Teneligliptin.
IBGLIPTIN 20MG TABLET 10'S is used to help control blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.
IBGLIPTIN 20MG TABLET 10'S works by inhibiting an enzyme called dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), which increases the levels of incretin hormones. These hormones help stimulate insulin release and reduce the production of glucose by the liver.

IBGLIPTIN 20MG TABLET 10'S should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems. Dose adjustment may be necessary based on kidney function.
