TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and heart failure. It belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs).
TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S should be taken orally with or without food, as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose and do not stop taking the medication without consulting your healthcare provider.
The possible side effects of TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Contact your healthcare provider if you experience any severe side effects or if you have any concerns.
TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare provider before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Alcohol may interact with TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S and increase the risk of side effects. Consult your healthcare provider before drinking alcohol while taking this medication.

If you miss a dose of TELITEN 20MG TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
