BreastFeeding
Use with cautionLevocetirizine is expected to be excreted into human breast milk. Although serious adverse effects in breastfed infants are not commonly reported, there is a theoretical risk of sedation, irritability, or changes in feeding patterns.
Alcohol
Avoid concomitant useAlcohol can enhance the sedative and psychomotor-impairing effects of levocetirizine. Concomitant use may increase the risk of drowsiness, dizziness, impaired judgment, and slowed reaction times.

Inform your doctorPatients with a history of seizures or epilepsy should use levocet tablets cautiously, as antihistamines may, in rare cases, lower the seizure threshold. Any new or worsening seizure activity should be reported immediately.
