  • MEREX 500 INJECTION contains Methotrexate as its active ingredient. It belongs to a class of drugs known as anti-metabolites and immunosuppressants. This medication is prescribed for managing various types of cancers, including acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), meningeal leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, osteosarcoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, breast cancer, and head and neck cancer in adult patients. Furthermore, it is utilized in the treatment of severe psoriasis in adults, a dermatological condition characterized by red, scaly patches on the skin. Additionally, MEREX 500 INJECTION is indicated for managing rheumatoid arthritis in adults.
  • Before using MEREX 500 INJECTION, be aware of contraindications. It should not be administered to individuals with known allergies to methotrexate or any other component of the formulation.
