In rare cases, Nebi AM Tablet can worsen heart failure or cause a severe drop in blood pressure (hypotension). It may also affect blood sugar levels, masking the symptoms of hypoglycemia in diabetics. Consult your doctor if you experience any persistent or bothersome side effects.
