Common, especially early: nausea, headache, dry mouth, sweating, drowsiness or insomnia, tiredness, and sexual problems. Serious (seek medical attention): new or worsening depression, agitation, or thoughts of self-harm — especially in people under 25 and early in treatment; serotonin syndrome; unusual bruising or bleeding; low sodium; or allergic reactions.
Take one tablet once a day at about the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow with water. Take it consistently even before you feel a difference.
Usually 1–2 weeks for early benefit and 4–6 weeks for the full effect. Keep taking it and do not stop on your own.
