  • POMAMAC 4 CAPSULE 21'S is a chemotherapy medication containing the active ingredient Pomalidomide. It belongs to a class of drugs known as immunomodulatory agents and is primarily used in the treatment of multiple myeloma in adult patients. Multiple myeloma is a cancer that affects plasma cells, a type of white blood cell responsible for producing antibodies. In this condition, plasma cells grow uncontrollably and accumulate in the bone marrow, leading to bone damage and kidney problems.
  • During treatment with POMAMAC 4 CAPSULE 21'S, some common side effects may occur. These include shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, back and bone pain, dizziness, tremors, upper respiratory tract infections, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, decreased energy levels, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling or burning sensations, low potassium levels in the blood, and anemia. It's important to inform your doctor if any of these side effects become bothersome or persist.
  • Before starting POMAMAC 4 CAPSULE 21'S, inform your healthcare provider about any allergies you may have to Pomalidomide or any of the other ingredients in the medication.
