Severe hypoglycemia can lead to loss of consciousness and even be life-threatening. * **Gastrointestinal issues:** Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain are common. * **Visual disturbances:** Blurred vision, especially at the start of treatment, due to changes in blood sugar levels. * **Skin reactions:** Rash, itching, hives, and other allergic skin reactions. Less common but potentially serious side effects include: * **Blood disorders:** Rarely, RECLIDE MR 60MG TABLET 10'S can cause a decrease in blood cells (such as platelets, white blood cells, and red blood cells), which can lead to bleeding, bruising, infections, and anemia. * **Liver problems:** In rare cases, it can cause liver problems such as hepatitis or jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). * **Severe skin reactions:** Very rarely, severe skin reactions like Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) or toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) can occur. These are serious and require immediate medical attention. * **Changes in liver enzyme levels:** Some people may experience elevated liver enzyme levels during treatment. Other possible side effects: * Headache * Dizziness * Fatigue * Generally feeling unwell
