Possible side effects of SITAPRIDE E 25 Tablet may include: * **Common:** Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, metallic taste. * **Uncommon:** Upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), anxiety, blurred vision, skin rash, itching, increased sweating, peripheral edema (swelling in the extremities). * **Rare:** Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), liver problems, severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), Stevens-Johnson syndrome (severe skin reaction), angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat), muscle pain or weakness (rhabdomyolysis), abnormal heart rhythm. **Important Note:** This is not an exhaustive list. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any unusual or severe side effects while taking SITAPRIDE E 25 Tablet.

Sitapride E 25 Tablet is primarily used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in patients whose blood sugar levels are not adequately controlled by diet and exercise. It helps to lower blood sugar.
Sitapride E 25 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sitagliptin and Empagliflozin. Sitagliptin belongs to a class of medicines called DPP-4 inhibitors, and it works by increasing insulin secretion and decreasing glucagon secretion. Empagliflozin belongs to a class of medicines called SGLT2 inhibitors, and it works by increasing the excretion of glucose through urine.
Common side effects of Sitapride E 25 Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, and upper respiratory tract infection. Inform your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.
Sitapride E 25 Tablet can generally be taken with or without food. However, it is best to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent drug levels. Follow your doctor's instructions.
