ZIGLIM MV 1MG TABLET 10'S works by the combined action of three drugs: Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose. Glimepiride belongs to the sulfonylurea class that lowers blood sugar by increasing the release of insulin. Metformin is a biguanide that works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, and Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows down the absorption of glucose from the intestine.
