  • BDPOMA 1 CAPSULE 21'S contains the active ingredient Pomalidomide and is classified as an immunomodulatory agent, a type of chemotherapy medicine. It is prescribed for the treatment of multiple myeloma in adult patients. Multiple myeloma is a cancer that affects plasma cells, a type of white blood cell. In this condition, these cells proliferate uncontrollably, accumulating in the bone marrow and causing damage to the bones and kidneys.
  • Treatment with BDPOMA 1 CAPSULE 21'S may result in several common side effects, including shortness of breath, fatigue, general weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and pain in the back and bones. Other potential side effects include dizziness, tremors, upper respiratory tract infections, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, lack of energy, muscle spasms or weakness, numbness, tingling or burning sensations, low potassium levels in the blood, and anemia.
