BEEDAN 50MG TABLET 60'S contains the active ingredient Dasatinib. It is prescribed for adults and children above one year of age diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). This medication is also effective in treating newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) CML in the chronic phase, as well as Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia in patients who have shown resistance to other therapies. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia is a type of blood cancer characterized by the excessive production of white blood cells, resulting from an alteration in the Philadelphia chromosome. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, the most prevalent form of blood cancer in children, involves the rapid multiplication and prolonged survival of lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell.
BEEDAN 50MG TABLET 60'S works by targeting specific proteins within cancer cells, effectively slowing down or halting their growth and proliferation.
