Levosalbutamol commonly causes a fast heartbeat or palpitations, tremor of the hands, muscle cramps, nervousness, headache, dizziness and difficulty sleeping. Rarely, breathing gets worse after a dose. Serious allergic reactions, and with ambroxol rare but severe skin reactions with blistering or peeling, also need emergency care.
