LOSATUS H Tablet contains two active ingredients: hydrochlorothiazide and Losartan. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that flushes the body of excess water and electrolytes. It also relaxes blood arteries and enhances blood flow over time. Losartan relaxes blood arteries by inhibiting the hormone angiotensin. This improves blood flow and allows the heart to pump more efficiently.
Yes, using LOSATUS H Tablet can cause dizziness. This can happen if you suddenly get up from a laying or sitting position. If you have been sitting or lying down, slowly stand to reduce the possibility of feeling dizzy or passing out.
LOSATUS H Tablet should not be used during pregnancy. Its use can result in the baby's harm or death. If you become pregnant while using LOSATUS H Tablet, stop using it immediately and inform your doctor. Other methods of lowering blood pressure will be suggested by your doctor.
