Reclimet OD 60mg Tablet 15's is a combination of two medicines: Gliclazide and Metformin. Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the release of insulin from the pancreas, thereby lowering blood sugar levels. Metformin is a biguanide which works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, decreasing absorption of glucose from the intestines and increasing insulin sensitivity.
