Common side effects of Reclimet XR may include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach upset. Some people may experience weakness, indigestion, heartburn, headache, or a metallic taste in the mouth. Less common but potentially serious side effects include lactic acidosis (symptoms may include feeling very weak or tired, unusual muscle pain, trouble breathing, stomach pain with nausea and vomiting, feeling cold, dizziness or lightheadedness, and a slow or irregular heartbeat), and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar, especially when taken with other diabetes medications). Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, or swelling can also occur. It's important to contact your doctor immediately if you experience any severe or persistent side effects.

Reclimet XR Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to control blood sugar levels.
Reclimet XR Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metformin and Glimepiride. Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and increases insulin sensitivity, while Glimepiride increases the release of insulin from the pancreas.
Common side effects of Reclimet XR Tablet include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite.
Reclimet XR Tablet is generally safe when used as directed by a doctor. However, some people may experience side effects.
Store Reclimet XR Tablet at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children.
Reclimet XR Tablet may cause weight gain in some people, especially if they are not following a healthy diet and exercise routine.
