Common side effects of SITACIP D 100/10MG TABLET may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, metallic taste, and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Other possible side effects are headache, dizziness, constipation, flatulence, weakness, skin rash, itching, and upper respiratory tract infection. In rare cases, it can cause pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), and liver problems. It may also lead to vitamin B12 deficiency with long-term use. Contact your doctor if you experience persistent or severe side effects.
