If you experience symptoms of liver damage, such as jaundice or abdominal pain, you should contact your doctor immediately.
TASIGNA 150MG CAPSULE 4'S differs from other medications like Imatinib in its selectivity and potency. It is more selective for the BCR-ABL protein that drives cancer cell growth and more potent in inhibiting its activity. It is also effective in patients resistant to Imatinib.
The potential long-term effects of TASIGNA 150MG CAPSULE 4'S on the body include cardiovascular events, such as hypertension, arrhythmias, and heart failure, as well as liver dysfunction, pancreatic enzyme elevation, and fluid retention. These side effects are generally rare, but they can occur in some patients.

Blood tests assess liver and kidney function, blood counts, and electrolyte levels. ECG detects changes in heart rhythm or function.
