BORTETHER 2 INJECTION is administered intravenously in your vein or subcutaneously under the skin by a doctor in a medical facility.
No, Pregnant women should not handle BORTETHER 2 INJECTION as it contains cytotoxic agents. Using gloves and protective clothing is recommended to prevent skin contact.
BORTETHER 2 INJECTION is a targeted therapy that belongs to the class of medicines called proteasome inhibitors.

Therefore, you will have to take regular blood tests before and during your treatment with bortezomib to check your blood cell counts regularly.
