Possible side effects of ZAPTRA 12.5MG CAPSULE may include: * **Common:** Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, dry mouth, blurred vision, rash, itching, sweating, changes in taste. * **Less Common:** Palpitations, fast heart rate, low blood pressure, muscle cramps, joint pain, back pain, urinary retention, difficulty urinating, erectile dysfunction, changes in libido, menstrual irregularities, weight gain, weight loss, increased cholesterol, increased blood sugar, edema (swelling), confusion, memory problems, difficulty concentrating, tremor, abnormal dreams, hair loss, sensitivity to sunlight, allergic reactions. * **Rare:** Liver problems, jaundice, blood disorders, seizures, suicidal thoughts, severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS), tardive dyskinesia.

Zaptra 12.5mg Capsule is primarily used to treat anxiety disorders and depression. It helps to balance chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced and causing anxiety.
Take Zaptra 12.5mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not increase or decrease the dosage without consulting your doctor. It is usually taken orally with water.
Common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and increased sweating. If these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
It is generally not recommended to drink alcohol while taking Zaptra 12.5mg Capsule as it can increase the risk of side effects, such as drowsiness and dizziness.
