Pregnancy
UNSAFEIt is unsafe to use LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION because it is contraindicated in pregnant women. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this treatment.
LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION decreases testosterone or estrogen production, depending on the treated condition. This helps to slow the growth of cancer cells, reduce the size of uterine fibroids, and alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis and early onset of puberty.
LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, people who are allergic to the medication, or people with a history of osteoporosis or bone fractures. It should also be used cautiously in people with a past of depression or mental illness.
If you miss a dose of LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule the missed dose. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
Weight gain is not a common side effect of LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION but it may occur in some people.
Endometriosis is a condition where the tissue that lines the uterus grows outside of it, which can cause pain and other symptoms. LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION decreases estrogen production, contributing to endometriosis tissue growth. By reducing estrogen levels, it can help alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis.
NULL interaction of LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION with other drungs
During the treatment of breast cancer, regular checkup of every three months during the treatment with the combinations of an aromatase inhibitor. Do not receive LEUPROSUN 22.5MG INJECTION if you experience any abnormal vaginal bleeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you or your child is suffering from a headache even after treating it with pain killer, vision problems, buzzing, or ringing in the ear. If you have diabetes, ask your doctor to monitor your glucose and blood sugar levels regularly. Before starting, inform your doctor if you are still mensurating.
