Pregnancy
UNSAFEIt is unsafe to use LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION because it is contraindicated in pregnant women. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this treatment.
LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION decreases testosterone or estrogen production, depending on the treated condition. This helps to slow the growth of cancer cells, reduce the size of uterine fibroids, and alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis and early onset of puberty.
LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, people who are allergic to the medication, or people with a history of osteoporosis or bone fractures. It should also be used cautiously in people with a past of depression or mental illness.
If you miss a dose of LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule the missed dose. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
Weight gain is not a common side effect of LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION, but it may occur in some people.
LUPROVA 22.5MG INJECTION reduces estrogen production and helps relieve endometriosis symptoms by inhibiting tissue growth outside the uterus.
Avoid using this injection if you have abnormal vaginal bleeding. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience persistent headaches, vision problems, buzzing, or ringing in the ear. If you have diabetes, monitor your glucose and blood sugar levels regularly. Before starting, inform your doctor if you are still menstruating.
Regular checkups are recommended, especially every three months during breast cancer treatment in combination with an aromatase inhibitor. If you have diabetes, your doctor may ask you to monitor your glucose and blood sugar levels regularly.
