TELPRESS CT 40/12.5MG TABLET 15'S can cause several side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Common side effects include dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, fatigue, nausea, and upper respiratory tract infections like the common cold or sore throat. Some individuals may experience changes in blood pressure, such as low blood pressure (hypotension), especially when standing up quickly (orthostatic hypotension). Less common but potentially serious side effects include allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), muscle cramps or weakness, kidney problems, and changes in electrolyte levels (such as increased potassium). Other reported side effects include anxiety, blurred vision, decreased sexual desire, dry mouth, gout, increased sweating, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus). If you experience any persistent or bothersome side effects, or if you notice any signs of a serious allergic reaction or other concerning symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.

TELPRESS CT 40/12.5MG Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It is a combination of two medicines, Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone, which help in lowering blood pressure.
TELPRESS CT 40/12.5MG Tablet works as a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and Chlorthalidone, a thiazide diuretic (water pill). Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, while Chlorthalidone helps the body get rid of extra water and salt, thereby lowering blood pressure.
The common side effects of TELPRESS CT 40/12.5MG Tablet include dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain, and low potassium levels.
