  • BEVACIZAB 400MG/16ML INJECTION is a powerful anti-cancer medication. It contains the active substance called Bevacizumab, which works by targeting and blocking the development of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow and spread. By cutting off this vital blood supply, BEVACIZAB 400MG/16ML INJECTION helps to slow down tumor growth. This injection is commonly used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs to treat various types of cancer that have spread (metastatic). These include advanced breast cancer, certain types of brain cancer, cervical cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. It is also effective against cancers affecting the ovary, fallopian tube, or the lining of the abdomen (primary peritoneal cancer).
  • Because BEVACIZAB 400MG/16ML INJECTION can affect unborn babies, it is crucial for women of childbearing potential to use reliable contraception while receiving this treatment and for at least six months after the final dose. This medication is not suitable for children or adolescents under the age of 18. If you are a woman who plans to have children in the future, it is very important to talk to your doctor about preserving your fertility before starting treatment, as this medicine can potentially impact the ability to become pregnant. Breastfeeding is also not advised during treatment and for a period afterward, as the medicine could pass into breast milk and harm the baby's growth and development.
