Euclide M Tablet 15's is a combination of two medicines used to control high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Euclide M Tablet 15's contains two medicines, Gliclazide and Metformin. Gliclazide belongs to the group of medicines called sulfonylureas and works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas to lower blood sugar levels. Metformin belongs to the group of medicines called biguanides and works by decreasing the amount of glucose produced by the liver, slowing down the absorption of glucose from the intestines, and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.
The common side effects of Euclide M Tablet 15's include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.
The safety of Euclide M Tablet 15's during pregnancy has not been established. Therefore, it is important to consult a doctor before using it during pregnancy.
