Qsita DM 500mg Tablet 15'S is a combination of two medicines: Sitagliptin and Metformin. Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor which increases insulin secretion and decreases glucagon levels. Metformin is a biguanide that works by decreasing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.
