TENZULIX M 1000mg Tablet may cause some side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Common side effects often include digestive issues such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and a metallic taste in the mouth. Some individuals might also experience constipation or gas. It can sometimes lead to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), especially when used with other diabetes medications like sulfonylureas or insulin, causing symptoms like sweating, dizziness, or shaking. Less common but more serious side effects can include severe allergic skin reactions (rash, itching), joint pain, or, very rarely, inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis) or a serious condition called lactic acidosis (symptoms include extreme tiredness, severe stomach pain, rapid breathing). If you experience any severe or persistent side effects, or signs of low blood sugar, seek immediate medical attention. Always consult your doctor for a complete list and personalized advice.

Allergies
UnsafeDo not take TENZULIX M 1000MG TABLET if you have a known allergy to any of its ingredients; seek immediate medical attention if an allergic reaction occurs.
Tenzulix M 1000mg Tablet is primarily used to treat Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults. It helps lower high blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not enough.
Tenzulix M 1000mg Tablet contains two active ingredients: Teneligliptin (typically 20mg) and Metformin Hydrochloride (1000mg).
Teneligliptin increases incretin levels, which boosts insulin release and lowers glucagon. Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver, decreases glucose absorption, and improves insulin sensitivity. Together, they effectively lower blood sugar.
The dosage is determined by your doctor based on your blood sugar levels and response to treatment. Typically, it's taken once or twice daily with meals. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset, metallic taste, headache, and dizziness. These often subside as your body adjusts to the medication.
Serious but rare side effects include lactic acidosis (a build-up of lactic acid in the blood), pancreatitis, and severe allergic reactions. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe stomach pain, rapid breathing, or unusual muscle pain.
Caution is advised. Metformin is excreted by the kidneys, and impaired kidney function can increase the risk of lactic acidosis. Your doctor will assess your kidney function and may adjust the dose or recommend an alternative.
Use with caution, especially in severe liver disease, as it may increase the risk of lactic acidosis. Your doctor will evaluate your liver function before prescribing this medication.
It is generally not recommended during pregnancy unless clearly necessary, due to limited safety data. Consult your doctor immediately if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
In case of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center. Overdose can lead to severe hypoglycemia (very low blood sugar) or lactic acidosis.
Yes, it can interact with certain medications like diuretics, corticosteroids, medicines for high blood pressure, and other diabetes medications. Always inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct light. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not freeze.
Metformin is often associated with modest weight loss or stabilization, rather than weight gain. Teneligliptin is generally weight-neutral. Therefore, this combination is unlikely to cause weight gain.
While the active ingredients (Teneligliptin and Metformin) are the same across different brands, 'Tenzulix M' is specific to a particular manufacturer. The effectiveness should be similar, but consult your doctor if you have concerns about switching brands.
Tenzulix M is generally not recommended for use in children under 18 years of age, as its safety and efficacy in this age group have not been established.
This medication works best when combined with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight management. These lifestyle changes are crucial for effective blood sugar control in Type 2 Diabetes.
You might start noticing an improvement in blood sugar levels within a few days to weeks. However, the full therapeutic effect and stabilization of blood sugar levels may take several weeks as your body adjusts.
Best place to get your medicines, humble and helping people, most reasonable rates.
