Glimisave M 1MG Tablet 15'S is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to control blood sugar levels.
Glimisave M 1MG Tablet 15'S is a combination of two medicines: Glimepiride and Metformin. Glimepiride belongs to the class of medicines called sulfonylureas and lowers blood sugar levels by increasing the release of insulin. Metformin belongs to the class of medicines called biguanides and works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, improving insulin sensitivity, and decreasing glucose absorption.
