Opglim M 1mg Tablet 15's is a combination of two medicines: Glimepiride and Metformin. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood sugar levels.
Glimepiride works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas and Metformin works by increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.
Common side effects of Opglim M 1mg Tablet 15's include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headache.
There is limited information available on the safety of Opglim M 1mg Tablet 15's during pregnancy. Therefore, it should only be used if clearly prescribed by a doctor.
Store Opglim M 1mg Tablet 15's at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
