The most common side effects of Jubiglim M1 Tablet are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, metallic taste, and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Other possible side effects include: Headache, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, skin rash, itching, urticaria, photosensitivity, liver problems (jaundice, hepatitis), blood disorders (anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia), edema, weight gain, constipation, and altered taste.

Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains a combination of two medicines: Glimepiride and Metformin.
Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S is used to control high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S works in two ways. Glimepiride works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, and Metformin works by making your body more sensitive to insulin.
Common side effects of Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
Serious side effects of Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S include lactic acidosis (build-up of lactic acid in the blood) and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
Take Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken once or twice daily with meals.
If you miss a dose of Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S can interact with other medications. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and herbal supplements.
Store Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
The safety of Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S during pregnancy has not been established. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
It is not known whether Jubiglim M1 Tablet 15'S passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
