Like all medicines, Glimicure M 1mg Tablet can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. **Common Side Effects:** * Nausea * Vomiting * Diarrhea * Abdominal pain * Loss of appetite * Metallic taste * Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) - symptoms may include sweating, trembling, anxiety, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, hunger, blurred vision, headache, or confusion. **Uncommon Side Effects:** * Skin rash or itching * Urticaria (hives) * Photosensitivity (increased sensitivity to sunlight) * Headache * Dizziness * Fatigue * Visual disturbances * Thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) * Leukopenia (low white blood cell count) * Agranulocytosis (severely low white blood cell count) * Aplastic anemia (failure of bone marrow to produce blood cells) * Hemolytic anemia (destruction of red blood cells) * Cholestatic jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes caused by liver problems) * Elevated liver enzymes * Acidosis **Rare Side Effects:** * Allergic reactions (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing) * Severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis) * Impaired liver function * SIADH (syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion) **If you experience any side effects, especially severe or persistent ones, stop taking Glimicure M 1mg Tablet and consult your doctor immediately.**

Glimicure M 1mg Tablet 15's is a combination of two medicines: Glimepiride and Metformin. It is used to treat high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood sugar levels adequately.
Glimicure M 1mg Tablet 15's is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to lower blood sugar levels.
Common side effects of Glimicure M 1mg Tablet 15's include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.
Glimicure M 1mg Tablet 15's should be used with caution in people with kidney problems. Talk to your doctor if you have kidney disease.
