About MABALL 100 INJECTION

  • MABALL 100 INJECTION contains rituximab as its active ingredient. It is prescribed for various conditions in adults, either alone or in combination with other medications. These conditions include non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a cancer affecting B-lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a common cancer affecting B-cells. Furthermore, it's used in conjunction with methotrexate to manage moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks the joints. Additionally, MABALL 100 INJECTION treats granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis, inflammatory conditions of blood vessels primarily affecting the lungs and kidneys, in both adults and children aged 2 years and older. It also addresses moderate to severe pemphigus vulgaris, an autoimmune disorder causing painful blisters on the skin and mucous membranes.
  • MABALL 100 INJECTION belongs to a class of drugs known as anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies. Avoid this injection if you are allergic to rituximab or any of its components, have a compromised immune system, or are currently experiencing a severe infection. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, heart failure, or breathing difficulties.
