Common side effects of Glimfirst M 2mg Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, metallic taste, and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Other possible side effects are headache, dizziness, weakness, and visual disturbances. Less common but potentially serious side effects include allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), liver problems (jaundice, dark urine), and blood disorders (anemia, low white blood cell count). In rare cases, lactic acidosis (build-up of lactic acid in the body) can occur, especially in patients with kidney problems.
