The most common side effects of GOLDMET G 2 Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and a metallic taste in the mouth. Some patients might experience hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can manifest as sweating, tremor, anxiety, blurred vision, dizziness, or increased heart rate. Less common side effects include skin rashes, itching, vitamin B12 deficiency, and lactic acidosis (rare but serious). If you experience any unusual or severe symptoms, especially unexplained tiredness, muscle pain, or difficulty breathing, consult your doctor immediately.

Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's is a combination of two medicines: Metformin and Glimepiride. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood sugar levels.
Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps to lower blood sugar levels.
Common side effects of Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.
Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dosage adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's is not recommended for use during breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

Store Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
It is best to take Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's with food to reduce the chance of stomach upset.
If you miss a dose of Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.
It is not recommended to consume alcohol with Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's as it can lower blood sugar levels and cause other side effects.
Do not stop taking Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's suddenly. Talk to your doctor if you need to stop it.
Goldmet G 2 Tablet 10's can interact with certain medications. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medicines and herbal supplements.
