Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It contains a combination of glimepiride and metformin.
Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S is used to control high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S works in two ways: glimepiride helps your pancreas produce more insulin, and metformin helps your body use insulin better.
Common side effects of Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
Store Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
The safety of Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S during pregnancy is not known. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
It is not known whether Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S can interact with certain other medications, such as warfarin and aspirin. Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medications.
Alternatives to Nirglim M2MG Tablet 10'S include other anti-diabetic medications, such as metformin, glimepiride, and insulin.
